Year 6 Camp

Each year our Year 6 students are invited to attend the 3 day camp to Melbourne, staying at CYC City.

The camp has 48 motel-styled rooms- all heated with their own ensuites, a Recreation Room and is within walking distance from Southern Cross Station and the ferry. The school has chosen this camp for the variety of activities and experiences around Melbourne including the MCG, the Aquarium, Yarra River Cruise, IMAX and ACMI.

    Year 5 Camp

    Our year 5 students are invited to attend the 3 day camp to Cooriemungle in the Otways.

    Camp Cooriemungle, once the site of an old prison, is fully accredited by the Australian Camps Association, situated close to wonderful natural spectacles in the Otways, including the 12 Apostles & the historic shipwreck coast. Students will stay in bunk house style accommodation with all meals and snacks catered for.

    On the first day students will visit Live Wire in Lorne to participate in the Super Circuit before heading to camp. All activities are on site at Cooriemungle selected from, low and high ropes courses; flying fox; initiative and trust activities; giant swing; commando course; archery; canoeing, fishing, bush art and bush cooking.

      Year 4 Camp

      Each year our Year 4 students are invited to attend the 3 day camp to Burnside in Anglesea.

      Camp Burnside, set on four hectares of beautiful bush land on Ellimatta Road in Anglesea provides heated cabin accommodation, is within walking distance of the beach and provides fantastic outdoor activities designed to challenge, encourage team building and initiative. Some of these include; bike riding, high ropes course, archery and trampolines.

      Year 3 Camp

      Each year our Year 3 students are invited to attend the 3 day camp to Log Cabin Camp or Camp Adekate.

      Adekate Camp is located just 20min from Ballarat on 135 acres of pristine bushland. The newly renovated, fully catered camp has bunkhouse accommodation and a range of activities onsite. On the first day, students visit Sovereign Hill for a day of activities before heading to Camp Adekate at the end of the day.

      Year 1 BBQ & Year 2 Sleepover

        Students in Year 2 students sleep overnight at school in term 4 in preparation for camps in Year 3-6. They come to school at 5pm, have camp like activities and a sausage sizzle dinner before bunking down in the 1/2 Learning Space for a movie and bed. Breakfast is supplied the next day followed by a day of activities.

        The Year 1 students come to school to join the Year 2 students for a sausage sizzle and camp like activities before being picked up at 7pm.
